more than the photo.
Studio-quality setup at your office.
Professional stands, strobes, and lighting. I build a complete miniature studio in your conference room, lobby, or wherever works best for you. Your team stays in-office and are professionally photographed in the time it takes for a quick coffee break.
Live review as you shoot.
The camera is tethered to a laptop. A designated point of contact, or the employees themselves, can watch results appear in real time and approve before anyone walks out. No surprises on delivery day.
My complimentary care kit at every team session.
Prep is important. That's why I've put together a Care Kit for your team to have at their disposal before anyone steps in front of the camera. Most teams use all of it.
Direction that feels more like having fun.
Posing guidance, expression coaching, and enough lighthearted humor to break the stiffness. Everyone gets directed in a way that makes the session feel fun, not strained.
An emphasis on technical details.
I handle things like glasses glare, stray hairs, crooked collars and necklaces, blown out skin tones and textures in-camera. I want your final image to represent the real you, not a reconstruction of you rebuilt by Photoshop or AI after the shoot.
Files sized for any use case.
Delivered at full resolution — large enough for a billboard, compact enough for an email signature. LinkedIn, print directories, press kits, RFP decks, website bios — one set of files handles all of it. No re-ordering, no licensing surprises.
Before and after.

Questions we get a lot.
How long does a team session take?
Team sessions typically run 8–10 minutes per person — enough for direction, a few variations, and real selects. This tends to be the sweet spot for pacing. Small Office (2–4 people) books up to 2 hours. Half-day sessions accommodate up to 25 people. Full-day sessions run up to 8 hours for teams up to 50.
Feel free to add an additional half-day where applicable to allow for more relaxed pacing or working around tight schedules without having to book a second shoot day.
Do you come to our office?
Always. I bring a complete mobile lighting setup and backdrop to your location. No renting a studio, no two-hour lunch break pulled from your team. Setup typically takes 30–45 minutes before the first person steps in front of the camera.
I work in conference rooms, lobbies, private offices — whatever space makes the most sense for your headcount and brand.
Please note that for best results, the minimum viable space is 10'L x 8'W x 10'H. More is always preferred to have sufficient room for dynamic lighting and natural sprawl without feeling stuffy.
What does a finished headshot actually include?
Hand-retouching on every selected image — not a filter, not a preset applied in batch. Each image is finished individually: stray hairs, temporary blemishes, evening out skin tones, clothing cleanup, eye refinement, natural teeth whitening.
On matched backdrops, every person is color-balanced so the full roster looks like one session, not a collection of portraits stitched together from different days.
What if we need to add someone later — a new hire or a late addition?
New team members are $300 per person, photographed and finished to match your existing roster — same lighting approach, same retouching standard. No minimum, no package required. I keep notes on the session setup so the match is deliberate, not approximate.
If you anticipate needing regular additions, I'd be happy to talk with you about options for routine sessions to match your onboarding estimates.
When do we get the photos?
Within 48 hours of the session, your team receives a private preview gallery — watermarked, color-balanced, ready for selects. These will represent a base edit, but not the final image. Each person can flag their favorites through one shared link. No one needs an account.
Hand-finished files are delivered within 5 business days of confirmed selections. Selections are due within 5 business days of receiving the preview so post-production stays on schedule.
Can we have different backgrounds or multiple setups?
One mobile setup at one location is included in every package. A second setup or a location change is $400. To avoid additional fees, setups must be scheduled sequentially - Setup A must be broken down before Setup B is built.
What if we run over on time, or someone shows up who wasn't on the headcount?
Every package includes its full session block, and most days finish right on schedule. If we do run past the booked time, overtime is billed at $350/hr. If someone joins who wasn't part of the original headcount, unscheduled walk-ups are $150/person — photographed and finished to the same standard as everyone else.
I'll always flag it in the room before either applies, so it's never a surprise on the invoice.
Do we need a makeup artist?
Not required, but available. A makeup artist makes a meaningful difference for camera-readiness — particularly under controlled lighting — and most teams find it worth the upgrade. In most cases pertaining to headshots, the MUA is there to make quick fixes, keep an eye on the fine details, and make sure everyone is looking their best before walking on set. Half-day MUA (up to 4 hours) is $400; full-day is $650. I coordinate directly with the MUA so you don't have to manage a separate vendor.
How does payment work?
After a brief discovery call, you receive a contract and invoice. A 50% Reservation Fee is due at booking to secure your date on the calendar. The remaining 50% is due when your finished files are delivered — nothing more is owed until you have the final images in hand.
Payments can be made by cash, card, check, or ACH transfer.
What if we need to reschedule?
Reschedule requests made more than 48 hours before the session are accommodated at no additional charge — we find a new date that works. Within 48 hours, the reservation fee applies to the rescheduled session. Reschedules must be made within 60 calendar days.
What should I do before my headshot?
Have your outfit(s) cleaned and ironed — or dry-cleaned — a few days in advance. Consider changing into your outfit while at the office so your clothes remain crisp and free of any untimely stains from coffee or lunch.
Try to keep haircuts 3–7 days out. This gives your hair time to settle into its new length and still look fresh and natural — not "just chopped."
Hydrate well the day before your session. Get a good night's sleep. If it makes sense, consider waiting to eat until after your headshot to avoid bloat and puffiness.
Make sure your makeup is blended and your hair is as close to picture-ready as possible before you step in front of the camera. Adjustments can always be made, but arriving ready means looking your most natural from the first frame.
What should I wear?
Most simply, something that suits the business you do and the way that you want to be seen. I won't tell you that you can't wear specific things, but there are specific things that don't always photograph well as it pertains to headshots.
Pure white or neon colors, tight checker patterns or thin stripes, excessive or intricate jewelry, too much makeup, distracting ties or accessories. These are usually the no-gos as they can distract from the face, introduce unpleasant patterns in-camera, or result in a washing out of color or contrast.
